Ojuoja.ng connects buyers and sellers. Refunds depend on the product type and seller policy. Here’s our general refund framework:
1. Physical Products

Buyers can request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

It is returned unused and in original packaging

Vendors must resolve complaints promptly. Failure to do so may lead to penalties or account suspension.
2. Digital Products

No refunds for digital products (eBooks, downloads, subscriptions) once accessed or downloaded unless:

The file is corrupted or incomplete

The product is not as described

3. Subscriptions & Fees

Vendor subscription fees are non-refundable after payment unless there was a technical error.

Commission fees are charged per sale and are not refundable after a successful transaction.
4. Dispute Resolution
Buyers must first contact the vendor. If unresolved, contact our support within 5 days of delivery. Our decision is final in all mediated cases.
5. Fraud Prevention
Ojuoja.ng reserves the right to block or withhold payment in suspected cases of fraud or manipulation.
